The Translation Manager will be responsible for both the creation ,delivery and management of our game translations. You will be directly responsible for taking the Japanese version of the game content and translating it into the English version.

This role requires speed, accuracy, time management and most importantly the ability to have fun.

This is a division of our team that we are expanding quickly and we are looking for candidates that have the drive to succeed and want the opportunity for increased responsibilities.

Although previous translation experience is a plus if you think you have what it takes please don`t hesitate to send us your application!

Required skills:
- English - Native-level
- Japanese - Business-level (We expect you to have the ability to comprehend Japanese text to create a suitable translation)
- Excellent writing and composition ability
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

As a Bonus:
Prior experience in localization
Proficiency in German, French, Italian, and/or Spanish

Hiring Procedure:
For this position, there will be 3 steps:
1) Quality Test: We will provide translation samples via email. Please follow the instructions and provide a suitable English translation.
2) Speed/Quality Test: You will need to appear at our office in-person to do another translation test from Japanese to English. However, you will have a very specific time frame to work on this test. You don't necessarily need to finish translating the entire passage in order to pass, but it is important to provide a quality translation of as much text as possible within the allotted time.
3) Final Interview: We will ask you a few questions about yourself and past experiences. (There may be more than one interview.)
