English Instructor - Nagaoka, Niigata（期限切れ）

WinBe has a fun and exciting, successful school located in a Swimming club in Nagaoka. Established just over three years ago, it is continuing to thrive with a great staff atmosphere.

From June/July 2017, WinBe English School is looking for a bright, friendly, professionally minded native-English speaking instructor who shares a passion for helping students achieve their English-language goals.

Applicants must be enthusiastic to teach energetic lessons, and creative to find new ways of engaging students while teaching to a curriculum.

Applicants must enjoy working with people of all ages, show an eagerness to learn, and be able to effectively teach children as young as 3 through to 14.

An enthusiastic approach to helping organize and run events such as spelling bees, speech contests, and Halloween parties, is also a must.

Experience is not necessary, but a university degree is required. Teaching qualifications are also a significant plus.

Successful applicants will be expected to play an important role in helping to promote, develop and grow the school, creating and building upon a successful, vibrant language school atmosphere, where students thrive.

Ideally the successful applicant will be available to start in June or July of this year, joining our initial training scheduled for June 12th, or at the latest July 10th.

Hours:

5 days/week (Tuesday-Saturday), 8 hours a day including a 45 minute paid break. Weekdays 13:00 – 21:00, Saturday 10:00 – 18:00 (may differ)

Holidays:

Shift is a 5-day block. Regular days off are consecutive. There are also three main long holidays; Golden Week in May, Obon in August, and Christmas/New Years. (note: Monthly salary does NOT vary based on holiday periods)
