【Job Description】
Develop the school ideology of education and to educate the staff with this ideology.
Responsible for management of staff (English Native Teachers),evaluation etc., in a new set up branch international kindergarten of a famous educational group.
Also, covering of English classes in an emergency (e.g. absence of other teachers).

***Candidate will be trained in other school under the same group before the open of the kindergarten.

【Application Conditions】
-8 yrs or more experience in English education.
-Native English speaker , Japanese business level(Conversation)
-Hold a university degree or higher (in any subject)

【Employment type】
Permanent contract

【Salary】
Monthly salary : 350,000~450,000yen
+Bonus+transportation expense
***Subsidy to those who drive to work

【Working days and hours】
Monday to Friday
-Training at other schools :10:00-19:00/
-Kindergarten : 08:30-17:30(1 hour break)
NB: Some overtime expected.
