- Microsoft MCSE certified (2008 or better) or similar formal IT qualifications with experience
- IT management skills
- Business IT systems management and IT project management
- Hands-on skills in a wide variety of software products and hardware devices.
説明
We're looking for an individual with hospitality and outgoing aligned personality and not afraid of leaving the desk to support end-users as required.
<Job Duties>
• Supervise, manage and develop the IT department/staff, systems and services; internal and Cloud.
• Project manage IT hardware and software implementations.
• Monitor, maintain, report and develop IT systems and services.
• Hands-on support of IT including desktops, laptops, servers, network and systems, Point-of-sale equipment and associated software.
• Mentor, support and train IT Engineers as required.
<Work Schedule>
• 5 days/week
(Sun: 09:00 – 17:30. Mon to Thu: 08:30 - 17:00)
• 7.5 hrs/day (Between 8:30am and 7:00pm)
