Job Duties
• Handle all in-coming calls and Club emails
• Handle all reservation request for Club
• Provide accurate information about the Club, its facilities and events
Required:
• Experience 1 ~ 2 years+ (Call center experience a plus)
Must be familiar with hospitality industry
• Education Hospitality school/major preferred
• English Advanced level ~
• Japanese Advanced level ~
• PC skills Word, Excel, Outlook
Working Hours:
5 days/week (Including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 7：30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
