Job Duties:
• Answering Member's enquiries
• Handling the daily input charges
• Pool retails sales
• Arranging the staff/instructor schedule and payroll
• Handling swimming classes enrollment and cancellations
• Other administrative duties


Requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 year of demonstrated work experience (related field is preferred)
• Education: College level education preferred
• English: Advanced level
• Japanese: Intermediate level
• PC Skill: Word, Excel, Power Point

Character:
Excellent Hospitality Skills, Demonstrated ability to work well with people

Working schedule:
5 days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7.5hrs/day between 9am and 7pm

• メンバーからの問い合わせ対応
• メンバーへの請求
• プール関連の物品販売
• スタッフ・インストラクターのスケジュール管理、
• 給与支払管理
• スイミングクラスの登録やキャンセル対応
• その他各種事務業務


資格：
経験: 　 1～2年の実務経験（関連した業務であれば尚可）
学歴: 　短大・専門学校レベルの学歴があれば尚可
英語力: 　上級レベル
日本語力: 　中級レベル
ＰＣスキル: 　ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント
