Description
•Deliver a high level of service to members in a timely and personalized manner.
•Provide complete and accurate club related information to members and guests.
•Respond to concierge related member enquiries.
•Support all sections of the Club with promotion and registration of events.
•Handle cash transactions; member payments and posting of charges accurately.
•Handle all aspects of the role; including parking passes, article checks, Lost & Found enquiries, event sign-ups and Member (Life, Overseas and Reciprocal) & Guest check-in.
