Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Engineering Director, provides management and supervision for the facility and plant operations, maintenance and repair, including Electrical, HVAC, and Boiler systems and infrastructure; the building interior and exterior surfaces, systems and FF&E, as well as minor construction and renovations.

Key Skills:

1. Ability to manage, organize, lead and direct employees.
2. Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing systems and food service equipment.
3. Ability to budget and forecast maintenance costs.
4. Ability to read and understand floor plans and technical drawings.
5. Presentation and computer skills.
