Introduction：

As the provided training system allows teachers to learn and practice even basic techniques and obtain all the necessary skills and experience, English speakers new to teaching are welcome to apply too. Besides, Toyo Work offers an absolute 24/7 support to the teachers both before the starting day, from Japan visa application procedures to accommodation settling, and after, such as resolving daily life and workplace difficulties.

Successful candidates will be invited to have 2 Skype interviews and if the result is positive, our company will start processing the visa application.

After 2 months of paid training and internship course in Fuji City (Shizuoka Prefecture), the teachers will be assigned to the defined locations.

Kindergartens we work with are located throughout the country, but the placement will be determined approximately 1 month before the actual starting day.

Working Days & Hours：
Monday to Saturday, 120 lessons max for a month

Probation Period：

Training：
Provided (paid / Half of salary during the first month, second month is fully paid)

Days Off：
Sundays, Two Saturdays per month

Paid Holidays：
8 days in summer, 2 weeks in winter (end of December to January)

Toddlers (3 years old)
Children / Preteen (4-12 years old)
20 students in the class.

Job Description：
1. Teaching English using a designed learning program in contracted kindergartens. Daily duties include leading 40min lessons and participating in other school activities.
2. Cover teaching when other contracted kindergarten requires a temporary substituting teacher.

Participating in 2 months training (including 2 weeks of internship) is mandatory before assignment.
