A Japanese fluent (Mother tongue level) PA / Sales Administrator with working experience within financial industry is sought at a well established investment bank with high reputation in an active and busy environment.

It is to support Managing Director as his PA and his team as Sales Administrator.

The main duties but not limited to:-

Arrangement of meetings, business lunches/ dinners
Organising conference calls, events, seminars.
Managing extensive travels and itineraries.
Liaising/ coordinating with IT and other departments for smooth operation for the team.
Data management/ maintenance, Collating date, Data analysis using Excel spreadsheet.
Dealing with queries, sales commission, fees, invoices, expenses.
Preparing reports and presentation materials.

The right to work in the UK without any restrictions. (Essential)
Fluent (verbal and written) in both Japanese and English (Essential)
Competent in PC skills; Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Essential)
Working experience in a busy environment within the financial industry as EA, PA, Team or Desk Assistant/ Secretary/ Administrator (Preferred)
Having worked in Front Office environment (Advantage)
Able to prioritise and cope with tight schedule and multi-task.
Diligent with strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
