Full-Time Teacher (70% Pre-School, 30% Elementary Age) (expired)

We are a chain of preschool and after school child care canters located around the Tokyo and Yokohama area. In the last 4 years we have expanded from our original school to 5 dedicated centers, plus 6 of our own facilities within large fitness centers, and are still growing.

Our pre-school is for children from 1 to 4 years old to raised in a fun, dynamic English environment from morning to afternoon. This part of our business is newer but growing very quickly. We are looking for someone to grow with long term, who has solid experience and confidence in this type of work in Japan.

Our after-school has been our main business, and provides a number of different courses for parents to choose from for their children while they're under our care. English is a major part of it, although the facilities are centered on traditional Japanese values and offer other courses including piano, abacus, etc.

This full-time native English speaking staff member will be mostly involved in the pre-school business, and also teach some classes in the after-school programs for elementary kids, starting in January.

We also provide social health insurance, etc. and transportation expenses (max 15,000/month). There will likely be an extra small commission bonus for successfully created summer and winter programs.

All Japanese holidays + 10 personal days + 3 days Obon.
