【Position 】
Data Analyst

【Job Summary】
Social game data analysis.
This position requires you to:
- uncover challenges, make hypotheses, design KPI/KGI, and verify measures related to social games
- use statistical analysis and machine operation to conduct large scale data analysis
- create rules based on analysis results, conduct general consulting for all our company’s games, and help advance company projects

【Job Requirements】
■ JLPT N2 level business Japanese
■ Basic analysis and problem solution skills
■ Basic knowledge of statistics
■ An understanding of game/service structure
■ Be a fast learner

【Desired Skills/Experience】
■ Knowledge of the social game, social media, or net advertisement industry
■ Specialization in data mining, statistics solutions, machine function and maintenance, natural language processing, etc. or other similar fields
■ Experience operating SQL, experience using a database for calculation/analysis
■ Analytical experience using R, SPSS, SAS
■ Complex problem solving experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, or other fields
■ Educated in mathematics or economics at university or graduate school
■ Have good interpersonal skills, always be looking to further improve, and have a strong sense of responsibility to carry out projects from beginning to end

【Yearly Salary】
Based on previous experience and company policy

【Work Hours】
10:00-19:00

【Holidays】
Saturdays and Sundays, National holidays, New Years, summer, etc.
