Job Duties
•You will be the primary first level help-desk contact.
•Hands-on support & assistance of our customers with their IT inquiries, requests & configuration changes.
•Perform troubleshooting, repairs & maintenance of hardware & software i.e. desktops, laptops, POS, etc...
•Create and/or administer Access Databases, Reporting, Visual Basic scripting.
•Primary vendor contact, reporting technical repair requirements for warranty support, quotes & maintenance.
•Maintain & responsible for warranty, stock & inventory tracking and reporting.
Required skills
Hardware:
•Demonstrated PC maintenance & troubleshooting skills.
Software:
•Demonstrated Microsoft Office suite skills: MS Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
•Experienced in VB scripting and use of MS Access DB
Language:
•English -- Advanced
•Japanese -- Conversational / Advanced
Work Schedule
•5 days/week (Including Sat and/or Sun, not National holidays)
•7.5 hrs/day (Between 8:30am and 7:00pm)
