Overview of Job Responsibilities: Start as trainee for recruitment coordinator position for both permanent placement and contract staffing services. Source the candidate’s resumes and screen candidate's qualifications. Conduct screening interviews and evaluate the candidates qualifications for client job openings. Coordinate overall hiring process for company clients; scheduling the interviews, assit both clients and candidates for Q&As, offer presentation and negotiation, assit relocation, etc. Participate in developing the annual recruitment plans
including job fair and other recruitment events.
