Description
Leading semiconductor manufacturer is looking for experienced specialist to join their agile and professional sales team.
If you are interested in office work in Global Major Corporation that is located in Tokyo, you are welcome!♪
Experience is not required!
Duties:
- Make the order entry and shipping instructions, using an in-house system (100 - 150 orders per day);
- Mail / Fax / Telephone correspondence from customers;
- Customers: Domestic foreign manufacturers and automotive manufacturers;
- Making reports for supplier;
- Creating Excel documents with following data: number of sales and inventory;
- Other general affairs and etc.
Requirements:
Business level in both English and Japanese;
Excel skills (VlookUp, Pivot table, IF function, etc.)
Additional skills:
Work experience in Export & Import company will be a plus
Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Break time: 1 hour)
