MLS was founded in 1974 and our instructors teach via our unique, "Drama Method"...fun for students AND teachers! Our client base ranges from children to adults, and international corporate companies to world-renown actors and singers. Our 31 schools are situated close to mainline stations within West Tokyo, Saitama, Yokohama, Chiba and Kanagawa.

Training & Support:
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training…so you are not just thrown in at the deep end! There are also weekly training meetings every Friday morning throughout the entire year for all 1st Year instructors...so we do not abandon you either!

Full-Time Instructor benefits also include:
• Long Paid Vacations: 14 days Dec/Jan + National Holidays off.
• Transportation Costs: to and from studios is fully reimbursed.
Please note that the school year also includes two other paid vacations: 16 days Aug + 8 days Golden Week, and a 12 month completion bonus of up to ￥80,000.

• The regular working week will be Tuesday to Saturday with Students aged from 1 to 16 years old (Saturday only positions are also available).
