- Ensure the preparation of food items at highest quality standards
- Set-up prep and service of daily assigned section
- Assist Section Chef as required on kitchen duties
- Ensure that Food & Beverage policies are adhered to
‐Ensure awareness of product quality, product loss and product control standards
Required:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Western cuisine
• Knowledge of Japanese laws related to food safety
• Conversational level English
• Basic level Japanese
A) 5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 8:00 a.m. and 23:00 p.m.
B) 5 days/week (Mon-Fri and national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 1:00 p.m. and 23:00 p.m.
Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa holder are not accepted.
