Description

We at Aichi Kokusai Gakuen are currently looking for native English speakers who are able to work in our preschool and elementary school. We are officially recognized as a Japanese preschool by Aichi Prefecture and have full facilities to accommodate all aspects of preschool education. Our elementary school teaches subjects in both English and Japanese and is currently taking steps to gain official recognition as an elementary school by the Japanese ministry of education.

We are looking for teaching staff that are passionate and dedicated to early childhood education, willing to work in a team orientated environment with qualified Japanese teachers and have a strong interest in building a career in Japan.

Due to the nature of the position, teachers who can assist in the translation of Japanese teaching materials to English will be highly preferred.

Conditions and Benefits;
● We are located close to Meitetsu Toyota Line Komenoki Station in Aichi Prefecture.
● Six days a week. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12:30pm. (Saturday shift rotation for the preschool only.)
● Three month trial period. During this time you will be cover for employment insurance. Health insurance, social insurance and a seishain contract will be offered to employees who successfully complete this trial period.
● Public holidays off with one week holidays in summer and winter.
● Transportation costs covered up to 20,000yen per month.
● We are more than willing to assist if you would like to move closer to the school.
● We would prefer experienced teachers.
● Must be able to communicate well with Japanese teachers. Reading and writing skill will also be highly favored. (Interviews will be conducted in both English and Japanese.)
● Must be willing to work for a minimum of one year. (Must be highly responsible.)
● If possible a copy of your Japanese resume would also be preferred.
