Want to work with a talented team of international artists and help bring about much needed creative change in Japan's advertising industry? 
Cutters is looking for a motivated people-person to lead our sales and marketing team in Tokyo. The right candidate has excellent communication skills and knows how to make work fun. He or she will develop a deep understanding of Cutters' services, culture and goals on the Japan market, and passionately promote our brand. The hard sell rarely works in our business, so we are looking for someone who can think outside the box.
Advertising industry experience is a plus, but not essential. If you are smart and passionate, the rest will follow.
The position offers room for advancement.
Japanese language ability is a must. Basic English skills will also be required. 
Remuneration is based on experience.
