Immediate ALT in Ogano, Saitama （期限切れ）

We are currently looking for quality candidates who can start from April to be an assistant to the English teachers in Ogano, Saitama public schools. Holding a BA/BS degree and having some Japanese ability is needed, as well as being a native speaker with a working visa or the potential to be sponsored. The successful applicant should live in or be willing to commute to the area.

The basic conditions are:

-Kindergarten, ES, and JHS available.
-Contract period: April 2015 - March 2016
-Hours would be 8:15AM to 4:15PM
-Maximum of under 6 hours working time (7 periods of 50 minutes; a maximum of 6 classes per day with the average being perhaps 3-5)
-Daily Salary : Will depend on the school; between 11,000-12,000 yen per day
-The schedule has around 200 days per year. Within the schedule is a healthy break in summer and in winter and a scattering of national holidays. Monthly pay will reflect the actual work done (Number of days worked X daily rate).
-If needing housing assistance, we can arrange a private apartment.

All new ALTs must obtain initial orientation and go through a basic medical check up, or provide a clean bill of health from a recent doctor visit.
