自社メディアなどの企画・開発業務
【具体的には】
各サービスごとに事業部のチームがあり、チームには営業・企画・デザイン・エンジニアのメンバーが集まり、日々サービスの成長に向けて企画を練り実装していきます。
各チームは、毎朝の朝会で目標やタスクを共有しながら進めて行きます。担当サービスの成長進捗を見ながら改善点・新企画を一緒に考えるところから深く関わり、技術での課題解決を中心に力を発揮していただきます。

開発言語はRuby(1.9系, 2.x系)、フレームワークはRuby on Rails(3系, 4系)を使用して開発しています。データベースはMySQL、検索エンジンにはSolrを使用しています。Solrは、ファセットやグルーピング・ハイライトなど、検索機能をより充実させていくために活用しています。
開発には、GitHubを使いHipChatと連携してPull Requestベースで開発を進めています。Jenkinsとも連携してCIを運用しています。最近では、脆弱性の診断もJenkinsと連携して自動化しています。
