1 year Full-time Teaching position at a private SHS in Sahara, Yokosuka
Nearest train station: 12min from Kita-Kurihama station (Keyku-Kurihama line)

Grade level: SHS student (Class size: 40 students)
Starting date: April 2015
Work days: 5 days a week for a full time position
Working hours: Tentative – in between 8:00 to 17:00

Duties:
l English department has implemented an “ALL ENGLISH” curriculum for all English teachers (Native & Japanese)
l Team teaching, but Native instructor is the lead teacher
l Oral communication lessons
l Attending meetings
l Develop and organize lesson plans
l Assist Japanese teachers to refine lesson plans to coincide with the ALL ENGLISH curriculum
l Assist in developing exams both midterms and finals.
l Participating in the English club

Requirements
Must be a native speaker of English
Minimum BA/BS required
conversational level Japanese a plus
Teaching experience at a JHS and SHS a plus
TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certification a plus
MA degree, Teaching license a plus

Payment: 260,000yen - 280,000yen per month
August: 60% of basic salary
December: 80% of basic salary
Transportation fee covered in additional to the salary
