Description of position
Currently we are looking for Mongolian speaking Sales Representative to expand our sales to Mongolia. Candidates must be highly motivated, well organized, have good communication skills and be a good team worker. Being a member of our multinational sales team, you will have a good opportunity to grow professionally and to make a good carrier in international business.
We provide training at the beginning stage and follow up during the work process.


Duties
 Contacting with potential customers in Mongolia
 Presentation of our services to potential customers
 Taking orders from customers
 Controlling payments of purchased orders
 Assisting with shipment of orders
 Other duties related to our business


Requirements:
 Bachelor or Masters degree
 Good communication skills
 Good team worker in intercultural company
 Should be able to stay in Japan for at least 3 years
 Must be well organized, punctual and responsible
 Experience in car business is plus


Conditions
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Test period: 2-6 month (salary during test period is 200,000 yen/month)
Transportation: up to 25,000 yen/month
Overtime: included on basic salary
Holidays: according to Japanese calendar
Bonus: Winter and summer bonuses, based on sales performance
