Job description:

Title direction for American users.

- Localization, Japanese-English translation of simulation Ikemen game for American users.
- Consulting;
- Culturising of game for North American users, while it has been developing.
- Working with local team of Game Developers;
- Discussions regarding game contents, culturising for American users, giving advises and ideas;
- Translation, localization, including general affairs work;
- Connection with partners of the company, correspondence;
- Making reservations of studios for narration, controlling of narration and deadlines;

Additional duties:
- Interpretation work while business meetings with partners;
- Connection and Search for new clients overseas;
- Business planning overseas;
- Collection of information;
- Translation, localization support, proof reading;
- Game Familization (Culturising and Localization);

Requirements:

- SNS, Web-marketing experience;
- BtoC Business experience (Consumer: Social games, SNS sites, Internet shops);
- Work experience in Social games companies;
- Business planning overseas experience;
- Professional experience in localization;
- You must be deeply interested in J-POP, Anime and Manga;
- Experience in opening offices overseas;
- Experience choosing the name for a new product which is realizing;
- English language must be native level;
- Japanese must be business level and above (Conversational Japanese will NOT be accepted)
- Working experience in Japan;
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;

Additional requirements:

- Working experience in online games or application localization;
- Experience in mobile and social games production;
- Interest to Japanese subculture (games, anime, manga)

-Availability for business trips to America;

Full time: 10:00 - 19:00

・ゲームの開発段階におけるカルチャライズコンサルティング
・国内開発チームとの連携および調整業務
・海外拠点との連携および調整業務
・ローカライズベンダーとの折衝および作業進捗管理
・海外版音声収録スタジオとの折衝および作業進捗管理
