Mission:
The PRINT PRODUCTION MANAGER ensures that print jobs delivered in the most cost-effective and timely manner while respecting client’s standards for quality and design. He or she is accountable for serving clients accordingly to contract. He/she will be in charge of managing print production jobs from start to end:

o Receive technical briefs from the clients
o Help them refine their needs and chose the most efficient solutions based on his/her technical expertise
o Closely following internal processes, coordinate with the various stakeholders (client, creative agencies, suppliers) to ensure a timely and quality delivery of each project
o Run tenders and negotiate with suppliers
o Arbitrate on quality/delay issues
o Be responsible for operational spends (POs and Invoices) of each project

Profile:
At least 5 years direct experience in print production and graphic arts, familiar with the printing process (pre-press/press/post-press) and printing quality control
- Good knowledge of the print market and suppliers
- Able to define technical specifications based on Customer’s samples or ideas
- Good Customer facing ability
- Solid negotiating skills, experience in procurement a plus
- Ability to handle several projects at a time and coordinate successfully various stakeholders
- POS 3D experience a plus
- IT skills: MS Office, internal project management tools
- Fluent in both Japanese and English or Japanese and French

プリントプロダクションマネージャー- 任務
プリントプロダクションマネージャーは、POS製作業務を、顧客からの質やデザインに対する基準を順守し、最も費用効率が高く、納期を逸せずに提供できるように契約に基づき、管理します。すべてのPOS製作業務を始めから終わりまで担当します。

顧客のニーズを洗練し、技術専門知識に基づいて最も効果的な解決策を選択するお手伝い をする
すべての求められる価値を保障するために内部プロセスに厳密に従い、様々なステークホルダー（クライアント、制作代理店、サプライヤー）に合わせることは、いずれそれぞれのプロジェクトの納期と質を確約することとなる。
サプライヤーへの見積もり交渉を行う
品質と納期を保障する
各プロジェクトの費用（発注書と請求書）の管理


応募資格
最低5年間、印刷物やグラフィックアートに直接関わった、もしくは印刷工
（プリプレス・プレス・ポストプレス）や印刷品質管理に精通している
- 印刷業界やサプライヤーに関しての知識がある
- 顧客の要望に基づいて技術仕様を定めることができる
- 顧客対応能力
- 交渉能力、購買経験があれば尚よい
- 一度にいくつかのプロジェクトを担当し、様々なステークホルダーをうまく調整することができる
- 3D-POPの実務及び制作工程の管理経験があれば尚可
- PCスキル
- 日本語、英語両言語対応可能な方 もしくは日本語、フランス語両言語対応可能な方
