MATION HAWAII,INC. is introducing our wedding concept, renowned in Japan since 2010 as Sma-kon or “smart wedding,” to Hawaii. Our company’s philosophy is to employ individuals with a genki personality to provide our clients and their family impeccable service and hospitality that gives the client “WOW!” impression.

Primary language required for this job is Japanese. And assist with taking pictures.

The ideal candidate will be:

- An energetic, hospitable person with excellent communications skills.
- The company is NOT seeking candidates needing working visa sponsorship.
- Able to speak/comprehend Japanese at a 200 university level (Good communication skill).
- Prior management experience preferred.

Job duties include:

- Coordinates and ensures the wedding ceremony and reception is on schedule and runs
- Coordinates roundtrip ground transportation for bride, groom and wedding party. OR Chauffeurs bride, groom and wedding party from hotel to ceremony and reception and back
- Coordinates photographer for ceremony and reception. OR Photographs bride, groom and wedding party at ceremony and reception.

Working hours

- Full time (40hours / week)
- Our business hours are Sunday – Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts.

-2 days off per week.

About salary
- JPY 303,072～(calculated temporarily, in case $1 to ¥123 & 22 working days/month)(Pay Biweekly)
- $11.00/hour during 90 working day orientation period; $14.00/hour after successfully completing 90 working day orientation period. Biweekly pay period.
