In the past 1 year, SBT CO., LTD. has established its offices in Sapporo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya and have successfully expanded the sales volume.
Even with the success of above mentioned offices, SBT will not stop the expansion strategy, and is still acquiring talents to sell pre-owned Japanese/American/German/British/Korean manufactured vehicle to our customers of over 50 different nations of the world.

Positions: Overseas sales (Native speaker of following languages)

Please support sales staffs assigned to you with your expertise in Sales Management.

Basic Salary: JPY 300,000 - JPY 450,000
Commission: Company will share a certain % of sales profit your staff will make
Contract: starting with 3 months with possibility of renewal for another 3 months or becoming regular based on performance

Working Days/Hours:
Days - 5 days a week (Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday)
Hours - Day Shift, Mid Shift or Night Shift depending on market in charge

Responsibilities:
1. Monitors staff's sales performance and supports the staff to meet or exceed their individual monthly target, thus the target of the team one is in charge of.
2. Monitors all transactions between the company and customers, and makes necessary ammendment where deemed necessary, including making decisions on discounts to be provided to the customers, acquisition of which stock to buy and for how much.
3. Conducts research in the assigned market including but not limited to the following information: market requirement or demand, importation rules and regulation, list of possible clients, list of competitors and strategies on how to penetrate or to expand in the market.
4. Acts as a contact between the company and the customers in negotiating the terms of agreement, discussing the products and services covered by the company and closing the sales.
5. Assists customers in the progress of their business transactions with the company.

Additional Requirements:
1. Must be professional, articulate and business minded
2. Above average communication, presentation and negotiation skills
3. Must be able to speak and write in either Japanese or English at business level
4. Must be allowed to work in Japan
