The Duty Manager will Circulate throughout the Club: both in front of house and back of house areas and engage with Members, guests and staff. They will be able to assist operational staff when required by communicating with Members in effort to improve the Member experience.
Job Duties
- Circulate throughout the Club engaging Members and identifying area where assistance is required.
- Assist Security when situations or incidents arise.
- Handle Member and guest complaints effectively
- Ensure Members follow Club rules and to proactively engage members that fail to adhere to them
Required:
• English Native level
• Japanese Advanced level
• PC skills Word, Excel, Outlook
Qualification:
CPR & First Aid, valid Japanese driver’s license preferred
5 days/week (Including weekends/national holidays)
Weekday : Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 3:00pm. and 11:30 p.m.
Weekend/National Holidays: Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 7:00am-4:00pm/3:00pm-11:30pm
