= Job Description:
* Responding to Help Desk calls from overseas outsourcing clients (Philippines/ North America etc) related to IT network systems
* Liaising with Japanese engineers in Japanese to solve issues
*** Requirements ***
= The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker (min TOEIC 850) with excellent Japanese language skills (min N2, N1 strongly preferred) and recent working experience either in the IT industry, or as a technical translator/ interpreter.
= Contract Type: Haken
= Start Date: ASAP
= Contract length: Long Term (3 month renewable contracts)
= Working Days: 5 days/week (Shift, including weekend work)
= Working Hours: 09:00-17:30 (1 hour break)
* Night shifts (17:30-09:00, 2hr break) are expected aprx 2-4 times/month
= Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
* Near Kudanshita station on the Tozai, Hanzomon and Toei Shinjuku subway lines and Iidabashi station on the JR Chuo/Sobu lines and Yurakucho, Namboku and Toei Oedo subway lines
* Possibility work location may relocate to Shin-Kiba on the JR Keiyo line, the Yurakucho subway line and the Rinkai line from fall 2014
= Salary: 2000-2300 yen/hr(depending on level of skills and experience)
* Aprx 300,000 – 345,000 yen/month (+ overtime)
* Note: work after 10PM will be paid at the overtime rate for night shifts
