Our client, a fast-and-steadily-growing successful IT solution firm is looking for talented developers to join their agile, fast-paced web systems development team!

Job type: Full time, permanent (3 month probation applied)
Salary: 3,500,000 - 7,000,000/year + Once a year promotion

You will cover:

- Effectively participating in all technical aspects of the web systems development effort to provide highly effective network solutions to global leading enterprises from various industries.

- Directly communicating development issues to clients for both implementation and scheduling purposes, participating effectively in the design process and FULL software development lifecycle

- Implementing leading-edge solutions using a variety of tools, including C#, .NET, Java, PlayReady, Windows Azure, Sitecore.

Must have skills:
- 2+ year experience in programming
- Demonstrated software development experience using open source languages
- An intimate understanding and experience of object oriented programming and Database
- Business level in both English and Japanese
- Fast learner that can dive in to just about any job and quickly contribute
- A positive & friendly attitude

Nice to have skills:
- Team management experience
- Experience in developing 3 and even more smartphone apps
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Experience with Digital Right Management (DRM) and related technologies
- Software development experience using one or more of the following: C#, PHP, Java, VB.NET, ASP.NET
- Superb communication skills in a professional environment with both internal/external counterparts

Working hours: Flex-time, 200 deemed working hours/month
