Responsibilities
1. Onsite support:
Identify and fix problems at the end-users desk including software break/fix & advanced troubleshooting
Onsite support of the computer including software, peripherals and processes
Creating/assisting with creation of IMAC requests (IMAC = Install, Move, Adds, Changes)
Installing PC Equipment
2. SNC Support:
Install, manage and deliver SNC clients
3. PC Security:
Provide Antivirus support and follow up
4. Site Visits Support to sub locations (Shinyokohama):
These visits must be planned and scheduled at least two weeks in advance
Required Skills and Experience
●At least 2 years of desktop or user support experience, preferably in a multinational atmosphere
●Good technical knowledge in order to support office IT environment; desktop, laptop, server, network, printer,
etc.
●MCP, Comptia A+, or similar qualifications would be highly desirable
●Excellent business manner when facing customers, with strong communication skills
●Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English language skills are required
