Description

Do you love every day to be different? Do you love meeting lots of people from all over the world?

Dagmusic is looking for a cheerful and energetic person, quick on their feet and able to work with many personality types ( yes including divas!).
A friendly and diplomatic person able to translate between Japanese and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will be the bridge between conservative clients and artistic, usually foriegn personalities. (Most of them are really lovely!)

WE WILL TRAIN YOU. This is an entry level position.

Our Japanese clients demand native Japanese ability due to the contracts that you will have to check for foreign artists.

Some days will be in the office, other days a mix of going to studios with artists and taking calls from Japanese clients for booking, attending networking events, visiting clients and creating profiles and demos to send to clients. You will have an iphone 6. We use Macs in the office.

Our clients include game companies, music production companies, educational content makers, tv broadcasters and record companies.

Dagmusic is owned by an Australian and a Brit and the culture is international with only English spoken in the office.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10-6.30pm with occasional evening or weekend work attending studio recordings.

DESIRED SKILLS
-Music background
-Gaming background
-Native level Japanese
-Very high level English
-Good at smiling- (singers in recording studios need to see a smiling face- it helps them do better work!)

Please send us your resume in English and an email in Japanese telling us why you want to work at Dagmusic.

Only residents of Tokyo who have native level Japanese ability should apply.
