Kids Duo English Teacher – Multiple Locations (Tokyo & Chiba)
Kids Duo Nishikasai, Kids Duo Ootakanomori Ekimae, and Kids Duo Kashiwanoha are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic English teachers to join our growing team!

These Kids Duo centers are franchise schools operated by Kouken Co., Ltd., in partnership with Yaruki Switch Group.

Yaruki Switch Group is the second-largest private education group in Japan, with over 2,000 schools (both company-owned and franchise-operated) across 7 education brands.

■ What We Offer
Monthly salary starting at ¥250,000

10 paid vacation days per year (after 6 months), plus national holidays

As a Kids Duo teacher, you’ll lead and support lessons like:

Arts & Crafts

Music & Dance

Social Studies and Seasonal Events

Indoor/Outdoor games and activities

We provide structured lesson plans and curriculum, but we also encourage you to bring your own ideas and creativity to the classroom.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

Outgoing and energetic

Comfortable working with children (ages 3–12)

Flexible, organized, and ready to take initiative

No prior teaching experience is required. Any background working with children (volunteering, coaching, babysitting, etc.) is a plus!

■ Job Requirements
Working hours: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (8.5 hours/day including a 1-hour lunch break)
May vary for events, holidays, or seasonal programs

Must be able to:

Lead both large and small group activities

Ensure student safety and model proper behavior

Attend occasional weekend or holiday events (about once/month)

Hold a valid working visa or at least a 2-year Associate Degree
