To accelerate growth and expand our higher-margin sales channels, we seek a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Live Sales Representative to drive sales across proven social media and marketplace platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Live Sales Representative, you will:
- Conduct live-streamed sales sessions showcasing our premium luxury products.
Independently manage listings, sales events, and customer interactions across selected platforms.
- Strategically select and optimize platforms to maximize audience reach and personal commission potential.
- Achieve targeted monthly sales volumes
- Regularly report performance insights and suggest improvements for sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven sales or retail experience, preferably with luxury goods.
- Comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera—natural at engaging audiences.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strategic thinker—ability to select, manage, and optimize sales platforms effectively.
- Native-level English is required, Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- Legally eligible to start working in Japan (visa sponsorship possible upon successful conclusion of the trial period).
- Ambitious and self-driven; motivated by performance-based incentives.
COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES
- Expected total monthly compensation, base salary + commission: ¥300,000–¥500,000/month

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Full-time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
