WINGAUTO is a cars&car parts importer based in Nagoya,Aichi.

We are currently looking for multilingual staffs who are interested in dealing with overseas transaction. We have trading partners mostly in USA,UK and Germany.
The contents of the work is mainly focused on business correspondences by email and telephone,and the receptions for visitors from overseas.
The requirements are English skills as native,and Japanese skills as daily conversations degree.
It would be very challenging for you to work with us in the global environment.If there are any parts you are unsure about work,we will teach you gently and thoroughly.

[Main Responsibilities]
Import Services
-Import procedures from the U.S.A., Germany, and the U.K.
-Liaison with suppliers
Export operations
-Sales to overseas markets
-International logistics arrangements and export control
-Negotiation and support with overseas customers
EC Site Management
-Online store management and updating
-Product information registration and management
-Customer service (handling inquiries and processing orders)
-Sales data analysis and strategy development

Working Hours 08:30-18:00 (Negotiable)

•国際物流の手配と輸出規制の対応
•海外顧客との交渉・サポート
ECサイト管理
•オンラインショップの運営・更新
•商品情報の登録・管理
•顧客対応（問い合わせ対応・注文処理）
•販売データの分析と戦略策定
