As a language school based in Tokyo, Berkeley House Language Center has been providing language training services to government agencies, corporations, and private clients for over 50 years. We are dedicated to helping our students achieve their language learning goals by providing optimal learning methods.

This opportunity involves instructing participants scheduled for overseas dispatch by government agencies in an intensive training program. The focus will be on small group classes aimed at acquiring practical language skills for daily life, activities, and communication with locals in the destination country, the Philippines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the target language
Proficiency in Japanese for daily communication
If not a native speaker, at least 3 years of residency experience in the target language country
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
Familiarity with the following teaching methods:Communicative and Interactive Lesson

Location: Osaka, Free shuttle bus from Rinku Town Station on the JR/Nankai Airport Line
Working Hours: Approximately 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break and preparation/meeting time) ※Start time may vary.
Tentative Class Schedule: 3 sessions between 9:10 AM and 12:00 PM (1 session: 50 minutes) ※Possibility of conducting morning special supplementary classes from 8:30 to 9:00 AM (Tentative)9:15-9:25 (Meeting with duty staff)

Focus: Emphasis on acquiring foundational and practical skills for daily life, activities, and communication with locals in the destination country.

Responsibilities: * Preparation of lessons, lesson plans, and implementation records
Creation, administration, and grading of quizzes and final exams
Evaluation of training participants
