Position Overview:
We’re seeking skilled Shipbuilding Engineers to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining state-of-the-art ships, ensuring operational excellence in maritime affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Ship design: basic planning, structural integrity, outfitting, equipment selection, production oversight, and electrical systems.
Manufacturing management: overseeing hull and outfitting processes.
Operational management: supervising marine operations and ensuring compliance with maritime standards.
Engineering supervision: maintaining high-quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
Work Location:
2-2-8 Koraku, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Experience in shipbuilding, ship maintenance, or ship operations.
Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1
Valid Resident Status: Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services
