当社は、ハイエンドな訪日観光に特化した会社で、10年以上の実績があります。
主に海外の富裕層のお客様向けに、ホテル・交通手配・⛳ゴルフ場予約などを行っています。

📍 勤務地・勤務時間

・オフィスは虎ノ門ヒルズ近く
・9:00〜18:00勤務（残業なし）

📝 主な業務内容

・ゴルフ場、ホテル、交通機関の予約手配
・旅行日程の調整やお客様対応（メール・電話）
・顧客情報の管理（スプレッドシート・CRMツール使用）
・その他、インバウンド観光サポート業務

🎯 求めるスキル・経験

・日本語 & 英語のバイリンガル（ビジネスレベル）
・予約業務 / カスタマーサポート経験者歓迎（未経験OK）
・基本的なPCスキル（スプレッドシート・メール対応など）
・コミュニケーション力があり、細かい作業が得意な方

✈️ High-End Travel Support for Overseas Luxury Travelers

Our company specializes in premium inbound tourism and has over 10 years of experience in the field. We primarily provide hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and ⛳ golf course reservations for affluent overseas clients visiting Japan.

📍 Location & Working Hours
・ Office located near Toranomon Hills
・ 9:00–18:00 work hours (no overtime)

🌐 Work Environment
・ A diverse, international team with a flexible and friendly company culture
・ Industry experience preferred, but motivated beginners are also welcome!

📝 Main Responsibilities
・ Booking hotels, transportation, and golf courses
・ Coordinating travel itineraries and customer support (via email and phone)
・ Managing customer information (using spreadsheets and CRM tools)
・ Other general support tasks related to inbound tourism

🎯 Required Skills & Experience
・ Bilingual in Japanese and English (High level Kanji)
・ Experience in booking or customer service is a plus (but not required)
・ Basic PC skills (spreadsheets, email, etc.)
・ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
