JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be in charge of system planning, design, and development for our in-house systems geared
toward the construction industry, including civil engineering, architecture, and equipment.
DETAILS:
• Development of software packages for budget and cost management
• Maintenance of existing services
APPEAL POINTS:
• Depending on your experience, you may also be responsible for upstream processes such as
requirement gathering and project management, as well as detailed design and implementation.
• Support for technical growth includes hackathons and “Innovation Time,” which allows engineers
to use 20% of work hours to improve their skills.
WORKING HOURS:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 working hours, 1-hour break)
Overtime: Yes (average 20 hours/month)
Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
BONUS:
Twice a year (July and December) — Most recent average: 5.3 months

• Full 2-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday off)

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
• Development experience using C#
• Experience developing Windows applications (must have domestic Japan experience)
Preferred:
• Experience developing web applications using TypeScript
Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N2
