法人営業スペシャリストとして、主に日本の中堅・大手企業の人事部門との関係構築・強化を担当いただきます。海外人材の採用・統合支援に特化した以下のサービスを提案していただきます。

オンボーディング&トレーニングサービス:

■ 適性テストCQI(外国人材採用に特化)
■ 外国籍社員受け入れのための異文化トレーニング
■ 海外赴任準備トレーニング

【勤務地】

■ 東京都台東区
■ 希望によりリモート勤務可

【給与・待遇】

■ 給与:年収500~700万円(月給目安:384,000円~、月40時間分の固定残業手当含む)
■ 賞与:業績連動型(過去実績:約3ヶ月分)

■ 休日・休暇:週休2日制(土日)、年次有給休暇あり

■ ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Corporate Sales Specialist to manage and develop relationships with HR departments at medium-to-large Japanese corporations. Your primary role will be promoting our specialized solutions designed to support the hiring and integration of international talent:

■ ON-BOARDING & TRAINING:

-Aptitude Test CQI (specializing in foreign talent recruitment)
-Cross-cultural training for accepting international employees
-Preparation training for overseas assignments

■ WORK LOCATION:

-Taito-ku, Tokyo
-Remote/Online work available upon request

■ COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

-SALARY: Annual salary of ¥5–7 million (est. monthly from ¥384,000), including allowance for 40 hours/month deemed overtime.

-BONUS: Performance-based bonuses (historically averaging around 3 months)

-BENEFITS: Comprehensive insurance coverage (Employment, Workers' Accident Compensation, Health, Pension)

-HOLIDAYS: Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday), Annual paid leave provided

■ QUALIFICATIONS:

-Fluent Japanese proficiency (N1 or N2 level)
-Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience targeting Japanese companies
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
