Job Details
This entry-level position is perfect for fun and friendly individuals who enjoy working with elementary school-aged children. It's ideal for those seeking a part-time role to gain experience in working with small groups of children.
Saturday work is available from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM.
* Priority will be given to those applicants available on Saturday
Hours: 5.5 hours per weekday (15:30 PM - 21:00 PM, ideally 3 days a week at least), with alternative shifts available upon inquiry. Saturday work is also available from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading engaging online English conversation classes for elementary school-aged children. We provide comprehensive training and onboarding to help you fully understand our values, curriculum, and educational practices.
We prioritize a 50/50 relationship regarding professional development. If we identify areas for improvement, we'll provide the necessary training. Likewise, if you identify areas of need, we'll support your requested training. Clear and open communication is the foundation of our successful relationship.
Qualifications and Requirements

A valid Japanese working visa.
A positive and collaborative attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in spoken English.
