Our team focuses on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences in the breathtaking natural beauty of Niseko. 🌟

●Job overview

As a member of the Sales and Reservations team, you will be responsible for handling reservations, arrangements, and hosting for domestic and international groups. This is a highly rewarding role where you will oversee the entire journey of each group, from arrival to departure.

●Responsibilities and Duties

Responding to phone and email inquiries for domestic and international group reservations.
Creating reservations and internal arrangements using the reservation system.
Coordinating and arranging services tailored to customer needs. Assisting with group check-ins and check-outs.
Supporting group sales operations.
Assisting with individual reservation tasks.

●Qualifications / Requirements

Native or business level Japanese reading, spoken and written.
Conversational level English is a plus for internal communication.
Self-motivated with a drive to improve business outcomes.
Passionate about the winter season and a love of the outdoors.
Be a flexible and engaged team member.
Ability to learn quickly and follow processes.
Attention to detail.
Visa status permitting full-time work in Japan. Sponsorship is available for the right applicant.
A Driver’s License is recommended

●Working Hours

8 hours per day, typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Work hours will vary based on group accommodation schedules. Weekend and Public Holiday work is required.

●Salary

250,000 yen ~ 290,000 yen (plus annual discretionary bonus)

Relocation expenses paid (up to 200,000 yen from outside of Hokkaido and 100,000 yen from within Hokkaido, based on actual expenses)

●仕事の概要

セールスおよび予約チームのメンバーとして、国内外のグループ（団体旅行）の予約、手配、ホスティングを担当します。これは、到着から出発まで、各グループの旅程全体を監督する、非常にやりがいのある役割です。

●責任と義務

国内外のグループ予約に関する電話とメールの問い合わせに対応
予約システムを使用して、予約と社内手配を作成
顧客のニーズに合わせたサービスの調整と手配
グループのチェックインとチェックアウトのアシスト
グループ販売業務をサポート
グループ以外のホテル予約タスクのサポート

●資格/要件

ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルの日本語の読み書き口頭でのスキル。
英語でのコミュニケーションが出来れば尚可。社内コミュニケーションにプラスになります。

ビジネス成果を向上させる意欲のある自発的な方。
冬に情熱を持ち、アウトドア、アクティビティーなど好きな方。
柔軟で積極的なチームメンバーであること。
素早く学習し、プロセスに従う能力。
細部まで気を配り、注意を払えること。
日本でフルタイムで働くことが許可されているビザステータス。適切な応募者にはスポンサーシップが提供されます。
運転免許証が推奨されます。（通勤の為、またご自身でこのエリアを楽しむ為）

●勤務時間

1 日 9 時間 (休憩 1 時間)、基本9:00 から 18:00、週 5 日。
週末および祝日の勤務が必要です。
勤務時間はグループ宿泊のスケジュールによってフレキシブルに対応必要。

●給与

250,000円～290,000円（年1回裁量賞与制度あり）
