The company is a new type of afterschool care facility designed to be children's second home. We tries to grow children's interest and curiosity through fully immersive English environment, so we expect you to keep an environment for the children to develop their ability to do everything by themselves as "Thinking for themselves, deciding for themselves and doing it themselves".

【Main duties】
・Support English lessons and school management for an after school childcare conducted in English.
● Support English lessons for infants - elementary school kids.
・Teaching children English through play, rather than rote memorization.
● Duties outside classroom
Bridging the communication between native English instructors and children’s parents.Support school management and seasonal events.
Accompany children on school bus.
● Daily schedule at school
Check schedule, prepare for classes → children arrive at school → Conduct lessons → Send-off the children and accompany them to the school bus → Tidy up the classroom

【Employment Status】
Contract employee： Minimum 1 year contract (renewable)
　※Remarks：Many contract employees are promoted to full-time positions through the full-time employment promotion system.

【Location】
Each Schools across Japan
※The school location will be decided based on about an hour from the nearest station.
※No transfers

【Work Hours】
・Shift system/ 8 hours of actual work 　
　※Overtime rarely occurs, but if there it does, less than 5 hours per month.
・2-shift systems
Early shift 10:00-19:00, Late shift 11:00-20:00
　※During children's long holidays, the early shift is 9:00-18:00 and the late shift is 11:00-20:00.

【Salary】
・Basic Salary：200,000~yen /monthly salary system
　※Salary increase based on performance
　※Salary will be determined by experience.
　※Overtime will be paid in full
　※Probation period：3 months

一般的な英会話スクールと大きく違うことは「教える」ではなく「楽しむ」というスタイル。基本のレッスンテーマはあるものの、教え方はあなたの工夫次第です。絵が得意なスタッフは子どもたちと一緒に絵を描いたり、ダンスが得意なスタッフは音楽にあわせてダンスするなど、子どもたちが楽しく遊びながら英語を学べるよう、あなたのアイデアをお待ちしております。サマースクールなどの季節限定プログラム期間は、ウォーターガンファイト、Xmasパーティ、英語の発表会など季節ならではのイベントが盛り沢山。「こんなイベント、喜ぶかな？」「こうしたら、もっと楽しくなるかな？」と、子どもたちの楽しむ姿を想像しながら、自由な発想で企画していただけます。オールイングリッシュの環境で、ネイティブスタッフと仕事をすることで、あなた自身の英語力も磨ける理想的な環境です。

【主な仕事内容】
英語でお預かりする新しい形の学童保育での英語レッスン、教室運営サポートをお任せいたします。
● 幼児～小学生対象の英会話レッスン
・英語の勉強をするのではなく、遊びながら英語の楽しさを教えていきます。
● レッスン以外の業務
・ネイティブスタッフと保護者との橋渡し役となりコミュニケーションを取っていただきます。
・季節ごとのイベントの企画や運営のサポート
・通園バスの添乗など
● 1日の流れ (Daily schedule at school)
・スケジュールの確認と準備→生徒様をお迎え→楽しくレッスン→お見送り・バス添乗→片づけ

【雇用形態】
契約社員　※12ヶ月毎の更新となります。
・正社員登用制度で契約社員から正社員になる社員も多いです。

【勤務地】
日本全国の各スクール
　※基本的にはお住まいの最寄駅から1時間程度のスクールに決定します。
　※転勤はありません。

【勤務時間】
・シフト制／実働8時間　※基本は定時退社。残業月5時間以内。
・シフトは2パターン
　早番10：00～19：00　遅番11：00～20：00
※子どもたちの長期休暇中は、早番9：00～18：00、　遅番11：00～20：00

【給与】
◆月給20万円～
※昇給制度あり
※能力・年齢・経験を考慮し、当社規程により優遇。
※時間外勤務が発生した場合は別途、手当を全額支給。
※試用期間あり　3ヶ月～

・週休2日制（月8～10日）※基本的には土日休みとなります。
