Description
We are looking for people who have interest in long term employment and growing with us in creating a modern approach to yakiniku. We serve wine, original drinks, and dishes to bring excitement to our local and multi-national customers.
We ask for our managers to help us by working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Not required to be onsight for tasks such as research, community outreach, or conventions. One of the two days off can be split into half days during that week. Two vacations a year with 5 days off each time.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Understanding wagyu beef and menu, hiring part time staff, training and scheduling, serving and food prep when neccesary, keeping records and preforming basic maintenance of operational space and equipment, overseeing cleaning, reporting sales, and attending monthly manager meetings.
