NOVA Holdings Co.Ltd. is looking for Assistant Language Teachers to teach English in Elementary schools and Junior High schools in Nerima & Adachi wards, from April 2025 to March 2026. We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player who has a passion for teaching English and is professional in all aspects of behavior, as well as flexible, cheerful, and energetic.

≪Duties≫
・Be able to team teach and solo teach English lessons to classes ranging from 25 to 40
students.
・Assist Japanese English teachers with constructing lesson plans and building curriculum.
・Participate in outside of class activities (Other subjects, Clubs, Sports Day, Culture Festival,
etc
･Coach and help students to prepare for speech contest.
･Build relationships with students, faculty and the surrounding community.

≪Requirements≫
・Valid residence/visa status
**(Tourist, Student or Designated Activities Visas are not accepted)
・Professional attitude, team-player, flexible, cheerful, and energetic
・Punctual and Time diligent.
・Ability to communicate with Japanese teachers, students, and company representatives in a
　professional manner.
･ Be able to live in Tokyo or a prefecture adjacent to Tokyo
(Outside applicants can still apply but must be able to move before the contract start date.)
*TESOL/TEFL or other teaching qualifications preferred

≪Remuneration≫
・12,500 yen to 13,500 yen per working day
・Transportation expenses up to 1,200～1,500 yen per working day
・Regular working hours per day are　6 hours from 8:15 a.m.to 4:00 p.m. including break
(Slight variations of start and end times are possible depending on placement but total hours per day is consistent)

≪Contract type:≫
・3 to 5 days a week depends on the school size　
・Days off correspond to the school calendar
・Contract term is from April 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2026
