Description

Iware Co., Ltd (株式会社 アイウエア) is urgently looking for experienced,
skilled, and certified English teachers to join our team for 2025-26 school year.

The teachers will be assigned to an esteemed private girls' school in Tokyo
Musashino city. Would you like to be one of our members?

Private school requires topnotch English teachers with relative experience,
skills, certification, and a good personality. The teacher's ability will not solely
be judged by what is on the resume; other evaluated criteria are teaching
methods, student motivation techniques, and creating an environment conducive
to student learning (teacher's personality, class layout, etc.), and so on.

Here are the details;

[Place] Tokyo Musashino City
[Type of school] Esteemed Private Girls' schools (JHS and SHS)
[Length of one class] 40 - 50 min /class
[Classes] Jr.1・Jr.2・Jr.3・Sr.1・Sr.2・Sr.3
[Teaching style] Team/solo
[Number of students per class] 20~40 students/class
[Number of classes] Around 10 classes/ week
[Requested schedule by client] 2 days /week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)*
*You might be asked to come to school outside of the contracted days depending on
the school's request. (e.g. temporary schedule change due to the school's event)
[Contract type] Outsourcing Contract (NOT Employment contract)
[Payment] 100,000~120,000 JPY /per month + transportation fee
*It would be the same amount even in summer and winter vacation
*The amount of payment shown above is take-home. Please note
that Iware cannot withhold taxes and provide any social/health insurance
to you as this is an outsourcing (like a freelance) contract, not an employment
contract.

[Duties]
1. To attend to the teaching of an English course and related duties
2. To produce and maintain a year-long curriculum
3. To administer the English course
4. To produce and administer tests and keep records of assessment
5. To produce supplementary lesson materials
6. To participate in school events
7. To initiate, organize, and participate in after-school club activities
8. To attend to any duties related to the above points

*Terms and conditions above might have differed from the original
sometimes.

[Requirements]
1) Much experience in teaching JHS & SHS students in Japan
2) DELTA, CELTA or TESOL
3) Applicants need to be already in Japan and are able to relocate to the Kanto area
4) Necessarily have experience and ability to teach Essay Writing and correction

[Preferable]
1) Teaching license in foreign countries
2) Teaching experience of more than 10 years in Japan
3) Flexibility and good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
4) High-level Japanese proficiency

[Others]
1) It is preferable to have experience in teaching at an International
Baccalaureate (IB) school
2) It is preferable to have taken seminars or training related to the IB
