Description

Position: Early Childhood Educator (Fukuoka)

Kinder Kids International School (KKIS) is hiring passionate teachers to join our global team. We are looking for educators in Fukuoka.

Key Responsibilities:

-Teach children in preschool and kindergarten with a focus on creativity, exploration, and imagination.
-Collaborate with an international team to maintain high standards in education.
Full training and onboarding provided.
-Ongoing professional development, including seminars and learning materials.
-A safety oriented mindset

You will need:

-University degree and current Japanese working visa.
-At least 1 year of teaching experience or 2 years of relevant work experience.
-Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
-Passion for early childhood education and diversity.
-Fluency in English, Japanese is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

-Competitive salary (¥255,000 - ¥300,000/month) with growth potential.
-Year-end bonuses up to ¥200,000.
-Full transportation coverage and paid leave
-Golden Week, Obon Break, Winter Break, and Company Recognized National Holidays are paid time off, equaling approximately 30 additional paid leave days/year in addition your legally allotted paid leave

- Pay review based on performance at the end of each school year. Initial pay scale for full time teachers is ¥255,000 - ¥330,000 per month as stated in this job add.
