We are looking for English/dance teacher who are passionate about teaching and educating children in Japan!

Some responsibilities are as follows:
• Lesson Planning and Teaching:
-Prepare and conduct lessons based on our original curriculum.
-Ensure lessons are engaging and tailored to children’s needs.
• Student Safety and Engagement:
-Maintain a safe and supportive environment for students.
-Monitor and address students’ well-being during lessons.
• Communication and Reporting:
-Communicate regularly with clients, colleagues, and management.
-Provide updates on lesson progress and student performance.
• Professionalism and Teamwork:
-Collaborate with staff to enhance the program.
-Uphold professionalism in interactions and commitments.

Required Experience and Skills
・(Language skills) English: Native level, Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 level or above)
・(PC Skills) Proficiency in Excel and Word soft
・At least 5+ years of working experience in the education industry
[Welcome Conditions]
・Preferably have at least 5+ years of training in cheer dance, Jazz, Hip-hop, or ballet.

Employment Type
Full-time employment (Trial period: 4 months)　
*Working conditions during the probationary period are the same as those of regular employment.

Salary
・Instructor ￥230,000〜 / month
・Manager ¥280,000 〜 400,000/ month
This will depend on your career background and based on the evaluations from the teaching training sessions.
*WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR A PART TIMER!!

Working Hours
Mon - Fri 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM
(weekends and national holidays off)
*You will be working 40 hours a week (the Japanese standard).
*You will have weekly classes from Monday to Friday.

Location:Tokyo / Saitama / Chiba / Kanagawa area

*Directly commute to and from work

Holidays & Vacation
6 days off per year (Summer season and Year end - New Year)
6 days of paid vacation will be granted after 6 months of employment.
