If you wish to bring a life-changing impact to learners in Japan and see them develop their future, join us to make a difference.
What is an ALT?
ALT stands for Assistant Language Teacher. While homeroom teachers are often bombarded with a plenty of responsibilities. ALTs can leverage their unique positions and backgrounds to present interactive and multicultural experiences. For this reason, at AtoZ, we prefer to call ALTs Global Navigators as they are often a key element to guiding young learners to navigate their life paths in the global scene.
Modern day teaching now involves inspiring through interaction. Teachers now guide students through a more blended and organic approach rather than isolated instruction of written grammar rules. Being a teacher in Japan now means contributing to this movement to prepare for an even more globalised future.
