Wayfarer is a tech-driven hospitality startup brand rapidly expanding its team. Founded in 2019, we're on a mission to reinvent the hospitality business model by creating an innovative experience for travelers in Japan. Duties:
Conduct room cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas.
Conduct regular room maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Communicate with the team members including the Front Desk Team to ensure the rooms are ready for guests.
Prepare and organize housekeeping and inspection supplies, amenities and linens
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities.
Ensure that all amenities are properly stocked, maintained, and presented to guests.
Report to the team members including Front Desk Team when repairs are needed.
*PTO for all qualifying team members after 6 months employment.
*Health/employment insurance & nenkin for qualifying team members.
